  • Ali Babaganouj - Traditional preparation of this Middle Eastern appetizer.  Roasted eggplant pureed with garlic oil, lemon juice, yogurt and a special blend of spices.  Arranged with toasted pita points; garnished with a micro salad.

  • The Three Graces - Fresh hoagie toasted with roasted garlic oil, topped with creamy mozzarella, fresh sliced tomatoes and seasoned with oregano, romano and herbs; served with sour cream/salsa.

  • Gaia Greek Salad- Crisp iceberg lettuce, warm- made to order potato salad, scallions, bell peppers, kalamata olives, ripe tomatoes, feta cheese, pepperoncinis and Greek Vinaigrette.

Sandwiches & Platters

  • Eve’s Temptation – Creamy Mozzarella, Roasted Red Peppers, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Fresh Basil on Toasted Hoagie drizzled with Garlic roasted Olive Oil and seasoned with oregano, Romano and herbs.
  • Magdalene – Thin sliced Eggplant sauteed in roasted garlic oil, served on Toasted Hoagie, seasoned and topped with herbed goat cheese, fresh tomato, and spring mix.
  • Porto Bellona – Big thick Portobello mushroom dredged in a balsamic rosemary marinade and roasted until tender; served on toasted wheat bread with a rosemary aioli and mesclun and topped with grilled onions. 
  • Circe  Quesadilla – Toasted flour tortillas with your choice of two toppings and served open face with melted mozzarella, cool chopped tomato and sliced scallions to garnish with our creamy salsa

Pasta
  • The Muses –  Garden Veggies sautéed in garlic butter and herbs and served over tender angel hair pasta with fresh grated Romano cheese.
  • Ceres Pesto – Fresh Angel Hair pasta pan sautéed in garlic roasted olive oil and tossed with a homemade basil and walnut pesto, served hot and surrounded with cool concasse of tomato and mozzarella chunks and garnished with fresh Basil Flowers

Dessert
  • Tiramisu - Light, creamy, heavenly, naughty and served cool with melted chocolate, whipped cream and a fresh fruit garnish. 
  • Baklava - A tasty pastry of thin layers of phyllo with a sweetness fit for the Gods of Olympus; you'll love it!  Dressed with homemade "Honey".
  • Dessert Crepes - Two thin crepes filled with warmed bread pudding and banana's foster, rolled tight and served with fresh and sauteed fruit, Apricot brandy hard sauce and fresh whipped cream.  Truly decadent... and SO delightful!

We are pleased to offer you a selection of tasty meal options for your delight!  Order before class and then relax with one of our books in our cafe lounge, or get it To-Go and we will have it ready for you after class. Service hours are between 12-6pm daily.
